MS Professional Developer

Today I passed the MS exam 70-547 PRO:Designing and Developing Web-Based Applications using the .NET Framework 🙂 Now together with two other exams I passed the last year, I finally reach the certification level of MCPD, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer. Yay!

It took me about 5 weeks to work through the study guide and prepare for the exam. The exam was all about design and technology decisions in web application projects. The questions about web farms were though as I didn’t deal with these technologies much.. I scored of 775 of 700/900, which is ok I think 😉

I read the 70-547 training kit from MS Press.. I didn’t read any additional blogs and stuff because you don’t need to know all technical details, it’s more about having an overview to justify your technology decisions..
